Construction Details
- 304 Stainless steel construction
- All surfaces polished to 80 grit finish
- Product contact welds continuous, polished to 80 grit
- Non product contact welds intermittent, polished to 80 grit, gaps filled with Devcon
- Flanged inlet and outlet
- 12″ x 17.5″ Inside dimensions
- 1-1/2″ Square solid shafts with square pins, rotary and fixed designed to intermesh
- Counter-rotating gear connecting drive, oil bath lubrication with oil tight enclosed guard
- Shaft speeds – Slow speed shaft 354 RPM – High speed shaft 513 RPM
- Flanged bearings on shafts
- 5 H.P., TEFC, 1800 RPM, 3/60/230-460 Standard duty motor
- Belt and sheave speed reduction with OSHA approved guards
- Exterior mild steel surfaces painted one coat each primer & S. Howes standard blue
